Easy Salad Dressing and Power Salad

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of filtered water

¼ cup of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 to ½ lemon squeezed

Himalayan Pink Sea salt/ Garlic Sea Salt (to taste)

Ground black pepper (to taste)

Optional: 2 Tablespoons of date syrup or pomegranate syrup or balsamic glaze works too)

 Sprinkle with fresh chopped or dried onion flakes

For my salad base, I love to put lots of chopped green and red cabbage, shredded carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mixed greens (like spinach, arugula, romaine, red/yellow peppers, steamed broccoli etc.)

If you want to make a litter heartier add some chia seeds or hemp seeds, chickpeas, and sliced avocado.
